About BlackCircuit Technologies Inc
BlackCircuit Technologies Inc is a technology consulting company providing custom website development, AI business automation, digital operations consulting, cybersecurity setup, and bilingual digital launch services. All services are delivered under a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties before work begins.
1. Consultation
Every project begins with a free consultation. We review your goals, current situation, and what you need. There is no obligation and no charge for the initial conversation.
2. Proposal or Statement of Work
After the consultation, we prepare a written proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). The proposal outlines what we will deliver, how long it will take, how much it costs, and how payments are structured. Project scope must be reviewed and approved in writing before work starts. We answer any questions before you decide to proceed.
3. Payment Milestones
Projects are billed in milestones, not as a single upfront payment. A deposit is collected at kickoff, a milestone payment may be due mid-project, and the final payment is due before launch or handoff. We invoice you at each milestone. Client approval is required before each phase advances.
4. Payment Methods
We accept ACH bank transfer, SWIFT wire transfer, and debit or credit card payments. For security and fraud-prevention purposes, card payments may require identity or authorization verification. All payments must match a valid invoice, proposal, or written agreement.
5. Client Materials and Approval
Clients provide the content, brand assets, and access credentials needed for the project. Client approval is required at designated project milestones before work proceeds to the next phase. No phase advances and no project launches or is handed off without written client approval.
6. Design and Setup
We build, configure, or implement your project according to the agreed scope. You receive progress updates at key stages and have defined review points to submit feedback.
7. Launch and Handoff
At project completion, we deliver access credentials, documentation, and any training needed. The final payment is collected at or before handoff.
8. Refund Policy Summary
Because BlackCircuit Technologies Inc provides custom professional services, payments for completed work, strategy, setup, design, development, consulting, configuration, cybersecurity review, or delivered materials are generally non-refundable. If a project is canceled before completion, any refund or remaining balance is calculated based on work already performed, approved milestones, third-party costs, and the written agreement. 9. Chargeback and Dispute Resolution
Clients are required to contact BlackCircuit Technologies Inc at [email protected] before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. All billing questions and concerns must first go through our written resolution process. We are committed to resolving issues directly and promptly. Chargebacks initiated without prior written communication may result in project suspension and recovery of collection costs.
10. Support After Launch
Most packages include 30 days of post-launch support. During this period, we address questions and minor issues related to the delivered project. Extended support and maintenance plans are available.
