How It Works
Milestone Billing
Projects are billed in milestones — kickoff deposit, mid-project payment, and final payment before launch or handoff.
The average project value is $5,000 or more, but payments may be split into smaller milestone transactions. No work begins without a confirmed deposit.

How We Bill
BlackCircuit projects are billed through written proposals, invoices, and milestone-based payments. Before payment, clients receive a clear scope of work, pricing, deliverables, and estimated timeline.
Payments include a kickoff deposit, optional milestone payment(s), and final balance before launch, delivery, or handoff.
Payment Methods
We accept ACH bank transfer, SWIFT wire transfer, and debit or credit card payments.
For security and fraud-prevention purposes, card payments may require identity or authorization verification. All payments must match a valid invoice, proposal, or written agreement.

Because BlackCircuit provides custom digital services, payments for completed work, strategy, setup, design, development, consulting, configuration, cybersecurity review, or delivered materials are generally non-refundable.
If a project is canceled before completion, any refund or remaining balance is calculated based on work already performed, approved milestones, third-party costs, and the written agreement.
